Non-standard Situations

  • I cannot log in to the Mojebanka service
  • I cannot extend or download my certificate
  • “Error while working with certificate” error message appeared
Did the “Error while working with certificate” error message appear?
  1. Go to the “General” tab (the first one) in the Tools / Internet options menu in your Internet browser (Internet Explorer).
  2. Press “Delete cookies” button and confirm by pressing OK.
  3. Press “Delete offline files” button. Check off “Remove all off-line files” option and confirm by pressing OK.
  4. When logging into Mojebanka, go through login buttons on www.mojebanka.cz webpage (do not use direct link on login page, e. g. in Favorites)
