Note By selecting the “Agree” option, I confirm I have read the content of all documents above relating to Collective insurance. At the same time, I am aware consent to the Health declaration is required for creation of the insurance.

If you are over the age of 60 or your age extended by the length of the loan is more than 62, you cannot be insured - for this reason, it is not necessary in these cases to consent to the Health declaration.
